The sourdough loaves are also worth picking up if you’re planning a self-catered lunch or dinner during a longer stay. It gets busy on weekend mornings, as it should — locals rely on it as much as visitors do, which is generally a good sign. Weekday mornings before 9am are notably quieter if you’d rather avoid a queue. It’s a short walk from Cogan’s Place, making it an easy addition to a morning routine without needing to plan around it.
