How do we check in?
Check-in is entirely self-service via a smartlock — no waiting around for a key handover, no fixed arrival window to plan your travel day around. Full instructions, including your unique door code, are sent 48 hours before arrival, so you’ll have everything you need well ahead of time.
Is parking included?
Yes — free on-site parking is included at the 4-bedroom flat. If you’re driving in, this is one less thing to plan around, and considerably rarer (and cheaper) than most London accommodation offers.
How many guests can each apartment sleep?
The 4-bedroom flat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The Victorian Garden Flat, with its three bedrooms and private garden, sleeps up to 6. Both work well for families, groups of friends, or two families travelling together.
Is there outdoor space?
The Victorian Garden Flat has a private walled garden — a genuine rarity for a London stay. The 4-bedroom flat doesn’t have private outdoor space of its own, but sits two minutes from Shepherd’s Bush Green.
What’s nearby?
Westfield London, Shepherd’s Bush Market, and 500+ restaurants are all within a short walk. The Central Line, Overground and National Rail all connect from Shepherd’s Bush station, putting the West End about 15–20 minutes away.
Are longer stays welcome?
Very much so — we offer a discount on stays over 7 nights, and our fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities make extended stays genuinely comfortable, not just tolerable.
What if I have a question during my stay?
Message Steve directly. Response times run within the hour, whether it’s a question about the Wi-Fi password or a recommendation for dinner. This is one of the biggest differences between staying with us and staying somewhere managed at arm’s length.
