Oxford Street, Regent Street and Carnaby’s famous seasonal displays are all a short Central Line ride from Shepherd’s Bush station — no changes, no faff. You can do a full evening of light-spotting and be back at your own kitchen table with a cup of tea in under half an hour.

You don’t even need to leave the neighbourhood for festive shopping. Westfield London, two minutes from our door, goes all-in on Christmas decorations and late-night shopping hours, which makes it a genuinely useful option on the days you don’t fancy fighting central London crowds for last-minute gifts.
Why a flat beats a hotel room at Christmas
Christmas trips mean bags, presents, and usually a family group rather than a couple. A hotel room gets cramped fast. Our apartments give you a real kitchen for a lazy Boxing Day breakfast, a proper living room to actually sit in together, and enough space that everyone isn’t tripping over the same suitcase. If you’re travelling as a family or a group, this is where the sleeps-8 flat particularly earns its keep.

Christmas and New Year are, unsurprisingly, our busiest dates. If you’re thinking about a festive trip, this is the one time of year we’d genuinely say: don’t wait. Both our apartments — the 4-bedroom flat and the Victorian Garden Flat — tend to be booked out for the Christmas week well in advance.
A tip from Steve
If you want a quieter, less touristy festive walk, skip the crowds on Oxford Street one evening and head toward Holland Park instead — it’s beautifully lit without the shoulder-to-shoulder crush.
